Additional Fees:
Shipping: As all finished artwork is one of a kind, shipping fees will vary based on actual carrier charges, plus insurance for the retail value. Pick up is available free of charge at our business location by appointment only.
Licensing: For any and all commercial usage, limited licensing fees will be assessed on a case by case basis, depending on the scope and duration of the license. In all cases, Colin F. Cross, Sasquatch Creative and/or Funasaka Keiki remain the sole owner of copyright, which is licensed to customer/client.
Creative Fees: For all commercial production, a creative fee will be assessed based on the scope of the production. The creative fee is separate from half/day rates and licensing fees.
Expedited delivery: When possible, digital assets can be delivered withing five(5)business days of shooting for a charge of 200% of shooting rate or creative fee, whichever is larger.
Return and exchange policy:
Returns and exchanges requested by customers: As all work is custom produced and one of a kind, no refunds or exchanges are accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns and exchanges for defective goods and services: We strive to create the highest quality, custom artwork and imagery for our customers and clients. All artwork is handmade and as such, variations and imperfections in some parts of the final works are to be expected, due to the custom nature of the works. If an item is truly damaged, please contact us by phone(080-7598-3006) or email(colinfcross@gmail.com) and we will work with customers on a case by case basis. For commercial works, the client is responsible for providing models, products and location and as such is responsible for their quality. Client or and authorized representative must be present at the time of production to approve artwork in real time. Once approved, goods and services cannot be deemed defective or unsatisfactory. If client or an authorized representative are not present at the time of shooting, no returns or exchanges will be considered.
Delivery times: Due to the custom and handmade nature of our work, delivery times will vary. Digital products will generally be delivered 10-15 business days after final order or commercial shooting, while physical artwork will be delivered in 6-8 weeks.
Accepted Payment Methods: Credit Cards, local bank transfers, PayPay and Cash are accepted.
Payment Period: Credit card payments are processed immediately, while local bank transfers must be sent within 3 days of the date of order. Cash and PayPay must be received before order is consider to be placed. All commercial clients must pay a non-refundable retainer consisting of the day rate for the time booked, at the time of booking. No commercial client is booked without a retainer and signed contract received. No final products will be delivered until full payment is received.
Price: Due to the highly variable and custom nature of our work, total prices are negotiated on a case by case basis. Basic pricing structure is as follows:
Commercial: Commercial photography for studio products, fashion, location, etc. for advertising and catalog purposes require a minimum half day rate of ¥70,000. Full day rate(4-8 hours) ¥120,000. Licensing fees are billed separately and vary depending on intended usage. Please contact for an estimate.
Artists, Headshots and Branding: Image creation for use on social media, etc. available starting at ¥40,000 for individual headshots. This includes medium resolution files, licensed for SNS purposes. For printed advertising campaigns outside of social media, see commercial rates above.
Portraits: Individual studio portrait prices starting at ¥55,000, including framed artwork. The following is a detailed list of prices for physical and digital portrait artwork:

Available quantity: We are a high end, custom photo studio who does not subcontract our work to associate artists. As such, we may not be able to book a shoot for you in the time frame you request. While we want to accept each and every booking request that we can, we can only accept so many customers/clients and maintain quality and delivery times.
